Justin Gray Homes is thrilled and excited to have received the honor of 2023 Small Volume Builder of the year. This prestigious title is awarded by the Canadian Home Builder’s Association (CHBA) to those who have sold 99 homes or under within the last year and have exhibited qualities of leadership, customer satisfaction and quality craftsmanship within the new home industry. It is a peer-reviewed honor bestowed during the annual Awards of Excellence.
WHAT IS THE CHBA?
The Canadian Home Builders’ Association (CHBA) was established in 1943 and is considered “the voice of Canada’s residential construction industry.” It’s membership is made up of over 9,000 companies across Canada, representing one of the largest industry sectors – including home builders, renovators, land developers, trade contractors, product and material manufacturers, building product suppliers, lending institutions, insurance providers, and service professionals.
ABOUT THE COMPETITION
The CHBA Edmonton Region Awards for Housing Excellence competition recognizes the best in new homes, renovations, community development, and residential marketing within the Edmonton area. Categories feature a range of awards for many different types of projects, including entry-level homes, attached and detached, production and custom homes, renovations at different price points, net zero homes and renovations, new and growing communities, and a variety of residential marketing efforts.
